A vision – the project of a lifetime!

Esker Nature has grown in our hearts and minds over the last ten years: a project born out of our desire to share the joy of simply BEING, of living in the present and ENJOYING time spent with the family.

Construction began in September 2012, and today we are delighted to offer ESKER NATURE, with its luxurious cottages in a magnificent natural vacation setting located less than 90 minutes from Québec City.

We are continuing to develop the site so that we are able to offer outdoor activities and opportunities for relaxation. Our goal is to make sure your nature getaway is a unique and memorable experience.

When I was young, I was lucky enough to spend my vacations in cottages where we could be free, discover nature and take time out to laugh and enjoy ourselves as a family. Today, I want to share that experience with as many people as possible.

A Vision …

As a hotel manager and teacher in the hotel industry, I have worked for a variety of establishments including the Chateau Frontenac and Auberge St-Antoine in Québec City, the Empress Hotel in Victoria, the Park Hyatt Hotel in Toronto and the Manoir Richelieu in Charlevoix. Throughout my career, I have had a vision: to create a space away from the city, where nature is at its purest, and where you can enjoy a true vacation!

WHAT IS AN ESKER?

As the glaciers melted, they created subglacial rivers and streams, which carried and deposited sediments to form long, narrow, winding ridges composed of sand and gravel. These ridges are known as ESKERS.

Esker Nature, for the energy of body and mind.

In this time of great uncertainty, escape to nature!

Our chalets with lake views are located in the heart of the forest and only 60 minutes from Quebec. Far from urban stresses whether it is to meditate, relax or even combine business with pleasure for teleworking and hiking. Treat yourself to a massage in the yurt and a relaxation in our spa area for more relaxation.

We fully respect the sanitary directives regarding the complete disinfection of our chalets and our common areas.

The spa area (spa / sauna / yurt) is OPEN and shared for 3 chalets only. Its use is private (one family at a time).

    Our cozy cottages are on top of the esker overlooking the gorgeous lake. A large balcony with adirondack chair and a fire pit with lake view.The chalets with two bedrooms and a mezzanine (number 1-2-3 on the site map) have access to the peaceful relaxation area isolated in nature with spa, barrel sauna, yurt with fireplace, nordique shower and a cloakroom. The Zone Détente is yours on private 1 hour every 2 hrs so plenty of time to enjoy! A pre etablish schedule is done so no need to reserve.

    The one-bedroom chalets (number 4-5-6 on the map) each have their own private spa.
